Joe Kilburg

Joe Kilburg is a 20-year veteran in sales, business development, and partner success, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the IT software and services space. He currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue at Liongard, where he focuses on expanding revenue operations, strengthening partner relationships, and increasing platform adoption among MSPs.

Prior to Liongard, Joe was Director of Revenue at IT By Design, where he rebuilt and scaled the sales team for long-term growth. He also served as the leader of the Partner Experience and Account Management team at ThreatLocker, ensuring top-tier engagement and support for MSP partners. Earlier in his career, Joe worked at ConnectWise as an Account Director and Team Lead, gaining deep insight into the MSP ecosystem.

A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Psychology, Joe brings a competitive edge shaped by his experience as a former professional athlete. His leadership is rooted in strategic thinking, team development, and a relentless drive for partner success. Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active, embracing new challenges, and spending time with his family.
