On occasion, you may need to grab an entire environment to share with your customer, use for a certification audit or offboard a customer to another MSP. Liongard doesn’t hold your customer data captive—on the contrary, we make it quite simple to export it all at once for easy access wherever and whenever you need to utilize it.
How Do I Access It?
To export an entire environment, navigate to the customer’s Single Environment Dashboard and click into the Systems tab on the left-hand side. Then, select Export Systems in the upper right-hand corner of the table and, in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes, you’ll have access to a zipped file containing individual Excel spreadsheets for each System Inspector’s latest inspection.
What Can I Use It For?
A number of situations exist where this feature comes in handy:
- Add value to periodic business reviews (PBR). Account managers can export a full environment as a backup to share with their customer during a PBR.
- Simplify audits. For SOC 2 and other certifications, you may need to perform a full audit of all systems. This export capability will give your security engineers an efficient way to get the information required.
- Offboard customers professionally. Don’t play hard-to-get with a departing customer’s data. When their new MSP requests that info, set your former customer up for success by exporting it quickly and professionally.
