IT Glue Flexible Assets
Over 70% of our users also use IT Glue as part of their documentation solution and over 50 ideas in our Ideas Portal mention IT Glue. That’s why we’re especially excited to share a highly-requested feature now available to make your IT Glue Integration experience one for the books.
You can now rename IT Glue Flexible Assets landed by Liongard, allowing you to use your MSP’s naming conventions and standardize your data, no matter the source.

Syncro PSA Integration
Syncro PSA makes you feel like you have eight arms, with its hyper flexible, full-featured PSA software. It gives you the flexibility you need to gain ultimate control of your business.
We’ve received a lot of requests to integrate with Syncro PSA, which is why we’re excited to begin rolling out this Integration in April.
This Integration will release in two phases, starting with importing and mapping functionality. This allows you to easily connect customer information in your PSA to your Liongard instance, eliminating duplicate work for your team. Stay tuned for the second phase, ticketing!

Inspector Updates
OneLogin Inspector
Our OneLogin Inspector is now in Production and joins our Duo Inspector in our suite of Single Sign-On (SSO) software Inspectors as we move to provide deep insights into all aspects of an MSP’s services.
Stay on top of security by running reports on “Never Logged In” users, “Assigned Apps” per user, “Invalid Logins” and more. Turn on some of our out-of-the-box alerts such as “Change to Active Users” and “Locked User(s)” and let Liongard do the heavy lifting for you.
Veeam Service Provider Console (SPC) Inspector
Veeam Service Provider Console (SPC) Inspector is now in Production. This Inspector is designed to support SPC v4 – we’re working on supporting SPC v5 soon. Please note that if you’re using v3 or below, you should use our Veeam Availability Console Inspector.
Backups are a crucial part of keeping your customers secure. Take advantage of our Reports feature to review users, sites, protected assets and more. Dig into details such as “User Roles,” “Number of Public IPs” and “Agent Quota” in gigabytes, all at your fingerprints. Set up custom Actionable Alerts for “Lease Expiration Date” or users with “Disabled Status.”

Silencing Rules
Actionable Alerts make things manageable for our partners. But sometimes life makes things more complicated. What one day felt like an important initiative can be shut down by a customer the next. And sometimes you work on projects that intentionally trigger more alerts. Ever wished you could just hit mute?
You’re in luck! You can now silence rules for specific systems, so next time you close any associated alerts, they won’t re-open or trigger. Did the customer change their mind? Or is the project over? No problem, it’s just as easy to un-silence these rules.
Streamline your alert queue, cut through the noise and keep your team focused by silencing rules as needed.
On-Demand Agents
On-Demand Agents are a new, serverless Agent for cloud-based inspections. These Agents will enable us to increase performance and deliver new features and capabilities to our Partners. For larger MSPs with hundreds of customers, you’ll experience noticeably faster Inspections.
This will be standard for all new Partners and existing Partners will receive On-Demand Agents soon.
