Annie thrives in implementing scalable processes and infrastructure to achieve optimal results. She has successfully negotiated and structured the sale of four technology companies with more than $350 million in enterprise value and secured over $100 million in venture financing from top-tier venture firms and banks. Annie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Arizona. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
