Alexander Quilter

Alexander (Alex) Quilter serves as Chief Product Officer at Liongard, where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s product portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML innovation, and MSP-focused solutions, Alex is dedicated to ensuring Liongard partners gain measurable value from every platform enhancement—helping them secure environments, streamline operations, and scale their businesses with confidence.

Prior to joining Liongard, Alex held senior product leadership roles at YouTube, N-able, Tanium, Cisco, Lancope, and Qualys. Most recently, he directed advanced AI/ML initiatives at YouTube to safeguard the platform from adversarial abuse. Before that, he spearheaded overall product strategy at N-able during its successful spin-off from SolarWinds, strengthening its alignment with the MSP and channel community. His diverse background brings together deep cybersecurity expertise, advanced AI/ML innovation, and a proven ability to build products that deliver impact across both enterprise and MSP markets.

Alex holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Utah and an MSc in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Silicon Valley. He has spent the last five years abroad in Switzerland and the UK, experiences that have broadened his global perspective on technology and leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring historical sites.
